Wonder is mainly used for daily and weekly collaboration in remote and hybrid teams.
However, Wonder has been extensively used in occasional event usage (think conferences, networking events, fairs, etc.).
Because this is not our core use case, we decided to make it free. Read on to learn more.
Pricing for Events
So, you want to use Wonder for an event? Here's what you need to know:
Our Lite Plan allows people to use Wonder for free if they spend less than 5 hours in video chats per month. So, chances are your event is already covered by the free Lite plan. You don't need to do anything here.
ℹ️ It may be that you or some of your team members will spend more than 5 hours on video calls per month in preparation for the event. For those few users, you will need to purchase PRO seats.
If your event is significantly longer than 5h and/or expect guests to spend more than 5 hours in video chats, just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you're hosting an event!
FAQ for Events
Q: How many people can be in a Wonder space at the same time?
A: There can be max. 500 people in a Wonder space at the same time. If you expect a lot more people to attend your event, you may need to set up multiple spaces.
