How to create your Networking Space in InEvent

To add Wonder into InEvent, use their "Activities'' feature. Activities are InEvent’s most engaging and customizable feature, so this is where you set up your virtual room.

Follow our step-by-step guide:

1. Go to your event and click on "Agenda"

2. In the dropdown menu, select "Activities"

3. Click on "Add Activity" to embed Wonder

4. Name the Activity e.g. "Energizing Wonder Networking Space"

5. You can limit the time attendees can access this space by giving the space a Start and End Date

6. Make the Activity visible to attendees

7. Click "Create"

Embed your Wonder Space URL

8. Select "Pre-recorded video"

9. Click “Use link” and paste your Wonder Space URL in the field

10. Select "Treat pre-recorded video as embed frame"

11. Click ✔️ End to Save your configuration

Test your Wonder Space

12. Test your Wonder integration by clicking "Opening Virtual Lobby"

13. Once in the Lobby, click "Wonder Networking Space"
