If you’ve lost the guest password, we need to step in to help you get back into your Room.
It’s easy: Just click the chat icon on the bottom-right of the screen to ask us for help, and we’ll reset the guest password for you!
Please send us an email from the email address you created the Room with, as well as the Room link/URL.
In case of emergency: If you forgot your guest password and your event is starting soon, don’t panic: simply open a new Room and send your guests the new link. Problem solved!
