Which personal data do you store?
Team members: Name (encrypted) and the profile picture. As names are encrypted, we can’t connect the profile pictures to a name.
Admin: Name, email, phone number, Room name, use case, password (encrypted)
Do you store any video or audio?
No. We do not store any of this data.
Do you store the chat messages of users?
No. We do not store chat messages. Chat messages are stored on the device of the user. Only users have access to messages sent during their time on Wonder. Also, users have only access to the messages that have been sent while logged in on Wonder. All messages before or after are not visible to the user.
Can users join Wonder anonymously?
Yes. They can simply enter a fake name and cover the webcam when the selfie is taken. However, we don't recommend this, as it is not conducive to building trust or beneficial for the ambiance of an event.
Where are your servers located?
Our servers don’t have fixed positions, as we use a global network of servers in various locations. Our system is set up in a way that it always uses the best performing server available.
Proximity helps the performance of servers–therefore, the server that’s used for a given Room is always the closest one to that Room owner. If an Australian host sets up the room, the server will most likely (but not necessarily) be in Australia. We use Vonage as our user to user communication provider,
FYI: Wonder is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The servers where Wonder's data is stored are located in Ireland (EU-west-1 region).
Do you transmit any data to service providers? Do you store any cookies?

We can ensure that all communication is encrypted and sent only to clients within the Space and inside the Circle.
